Our Rehoboth care Inc

WHO WE ARE:

Our Rehoboth care Inc is a Medicaid Waiver Provider under the
Department of Disabilities Services, Government of the District of
Columbia, that provides in-home support services, supported living, host
homes, non-professional BSP, professional BSP, One-Time Transitional
services (see section 1913, chapter 19npf Title 29, DCMR), Direct
support professional, Vocational rehabilitation, Respite care, Day
Habilitation specialist One to One (Direct support professional) and
Direct support services. We help and support people with intellectual
disabilities to live independently in their homes and as
active citizens in the community.

The services provided may include personal care services such as hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), e.g., eating, bathing, dressing, and bladder and bowel requirements; homemaker services.

We serve all categories in the. DC DDS Our approach: Our approach towards qualitative practice involves thorough assessments and evaluations of the person’s served; developing personalized treatment plans; implementing treatment goals and objectives as prescribed by their professional therapists, Psychiatrist and Physicians. We do on consistent basis constant monitoring and supervision of our trained technicians to deliver quality services; providing family consultation services to parents and family members; and monitoring, documenting as well as communicating progress. Our philosophy of service is empathy for the community we service and the achievement of their individually centered goals.
